Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Dance Instructor to teach combo classes (Ballet/Tap/Jazz) to the youngest dancers, age 3 - 6. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help students discover their love for dance while developing technical skills and self-expression. We will help train the right individual to specifically work with little ones if this has not been your past experience. This paid position offers a dynamic opportunity to share your passion for movement and performance in a supportive environment. Duties Plan combo classes for little ones age 3 - 6 ( Ballet, Tap Jazz) Lead engaging dance classes that promote proper technique, coordination, and artistic expression Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and motivating environment for all students Assist with performances, showcases, or recitals to celebrate student progress Maintain accurate attendance records , lesson plans, and progress reports for each student Experience Proven experience teaching dance classes to children, with a focus on classroom management and behavior guidance Strong background in ballet or other classical dance forms preferred Familiarity with working with children in educational or childcare settings such as preschools or early childhood programs is a plus Knowledge of childhood development principles is helpful Prior experience managing classroom environments effectively while fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere Join us as a Dance Instructor and ignite the joy of movement in our vibrant community!
