Dance Teacher(s) Kailyn's Dance Vault is currently seeking a passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic dance educator to join our studio family for the upcoming season. We are actively looking for an Acro Instructor , but we are also open to talented teachers in all dance styles . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to become a valued member of a supportive and growing team.

Recreational class instruction Competitive team training Choreography opportunities Growth within our faculty and leadership team We are seeking an instructor who is passionate about inspiring dancers of all ages and skill levels while creating a positive, professional, and encouraging classroom environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, engaging, and committed to helping students build confidence, technique, and a lifelong love of dance.
Position Details:

Duties Design and implement comprehensive dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels Lead engaging group and individual dance classes, ensuring clear instruction and active participation Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and motivating learning environment Provide personalized tutoring and feedback to help students improve technique and confidence Incorporate creative elements such as choreography, photography of performances, or theatrical components to enhance lessons Plan lessons that align with childhood development principles, early childhood education standards, or adult education needs Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and lesson plans to support ongoing development Experience Proven classroom experience teaching dance or related performing arts in educational settings or studios Strong background in various dance styles Experience working with children Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to diverse learners Familiarity with behavior management techniques to foster positive classroom dynamics Prior experience in early childhood education or preschool settings enhances your ability to connect with young learners Join us as a Dance Teacher and bring your energy, creativity, and expertise into an environment where every step counts!
