Job Description

Position Type:

Part-time | Bel Pilates Studio

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and certified Barre Instructor to lead group classes at our Pawtucket studio. You will be teaching in a beautifully redesigned multi-use space with a freestanding barre, full-wall mirrors, and ambient lighting designed to elevate every class experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead engaging, safe, and well-structured barre classes Modify exercises as needed for varying fitness levels and abilities Arrive 10 minutes before class to set up and greet clients Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment Represent the Bel Pilates brand with professionalism and warmth Promote class schedules and assist with client retention

Requirements:

Certified Barre Instructor (any recognized barre certification accepted) Strong knowledge of alignment, form, and injury prevention Reliable, punctual, and client-focused Passion for movement and community

Compensation:

Guaranteed pay per class — you are paid for your scheduled class whether it fills or not. Additional performance incentives available. Competitive rate commensurate with experience.
