In person We're looking for a joyful, patient, and energetic Preschool Dance Instructor to join our team! If you love dancing and working with young children, this is a perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact while having fun. In this role, you'll introduce preschoolers & teens to the magical world of movement and music, helping them build confidence, coordination, and creativity through engaging, age-appropriate dance experiences. This position starts as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. What You'll Do Plan and lead fun, engaging dance classes for preschool-aged children (ages 2-12) Teach basic dance skills and creative movement through songs, storytelling, and games Create a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged Help children develop listening skills, confidence, and self-expression through movement Prepare students for performances, recitals, and showcases for families Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio space Communicate with parents in a warm and professional way about class activities and student progress Collaborate with team members on themed programs, camps, and special events What We're Looking For Experience teaching dance or working with young children (ages 2-12) A warm, upbeat personality with patience and a genuine love for early childhood education Knowledge of basic dance styles such as ballet, tap, or jazz (creative movement experience is a plus!) Strong classroom management skills with the ability to keep young learners engaged Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Background in dance, theater, music, or performance is a plus Come dance, play, and grow with us—and help inspire little feet to make big moves!
