Acro Teacher - 2026-2027 Season One Dance Initiative | Abode Dance Academy One Dance Initiative is seeking a passionate and experienced Acro teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 season. We are looking for an educator who values both technical excellence and the individual growth of each dancer—someone who creates a positive, encouraging environment while challenging dancers to reach their full potential. About Us At One Dance Initiative, we are committed to developing confident, strong, and expressive dancers. We believe in nurturing the whole dancer—fostering artistry, discipline, and self-expression in a supportive and inspiring space. Responsibilities Teach weekly Acro classes to dancers of varying ages and skill levels Develop and implement structured lesson plans focused on strength, flexibility, and safe progression of skills Choreograph routines for performances and competitions as needed Provide constructive feedback and support each dancer's individual growth Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive and cohesive team environment Qualifications Strong background in Acro/Tumbling technique and training Previous teaching experience preferred Knowledge of safe progressions and injury prevention Ability to connect with and inspire dancers of all ages Passion for building confident, well-rounded dancers What We're Looking For Someone who aligns with our mission—an instructor who leads with intention, encourages individuality, and is dedicated to helping dancers grow both technically and personally.

Pay:

$30.00 - $33.00 per hour
