Job Description

We're Hiring in Austin, TX I'm looking for a passionate, reliable, and energetic instructor to lead a unique dance-based wellness program for older adults in senior living communities. This is not your typical fitness class. At Dance Active Wellness, we focus on connection, joy, and purpose through movement—serving residents in assisted living, memory care, and independent living settings.
What You'll Do:
Lead engaging, music-driven movement classes Create a welcoming, uplifting environment for seniors Adapt movement for all ability levels (including memory care) Build meaningful connections with residents and staff
Who This Is Perfect For:
Dance instructors, fitness instructors, or performers Individuals with a heart for working with older adults Those who bring high energy, empathy, and professionalism Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
