Taekwondo Instructor Master Park's World Champion Taekwondo Frisco, TX Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Behavior management CPR Certification Sports coaching First aid First Aid Certification Taekwondo Classroom behavior management Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Taekwondo Instructor to join our World Champion Taekwondo team. The ideal candidate will be a Taekwondo Black Belt, have a strong background in physical education, and be committed to fostering a positive learning environment. As a Taekwondo Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching kicking, form, breaking, and sparring techniques to students ages 4 and up, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants while promoting teamwork and personal growth. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Taekwondo skills (including: kicking combinations, Taekwondo forms, breaking techniques, and sparring). Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Enforce safety protocols and behavior management techniques to ensure a safe learning environment. Collaborate with other instructors to organize events, competitions, or workshops that encourage participation and community engagement. Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, respect, and personal growth among participants. Requirements A Black Belt in Taekwondo (NOT Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Kung Fu, etc.). Strong knowledge of behavior management strategies to effectively engage participants of varying skill and age levels. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all ages. A genuine passion for promoting health and fitness within the community. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus. Join us in making a difference through martial arts education!
