Job Description
Orion's Fitness is hiring a Pickleball instructor to lead Pickleball classes at a retirement community in Dallas, TX. We are looking for a motivated and energetic instructor to inspire and motivate our senior citizens through exercise. You will motivate them by showing them a world of fun and fitness they never knew existed. We would like someone who is multi-talented and can teach Chair Fitness, Water Aerobics, Yoga, Tai Chi, Line Dancing and more. Responsibilities Instruct Orion's Fitness classes in various techniques Create a fun and memorable experience for the clients Ensure that each client is engaged and challenged Maintain a clean and safe environment for the clients Develop relationships with both new and current clients by providing helpful information and encourage communication between them Remain current on the latest equipment and techniques Encourage all clients to reach for their fullest potential Ensure that each client leaves with a new level of knowledge that will help them achieve their own goals Follow all safety policies and procedures by the community Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
