Job Description

LEAD BALLET INSTRUCTOR / DANCE DIRECTOR
Irving Fine Arts Academy is seeking an experienced Ballet Instructor to join our growing performing arts team in Irving, Texas. This position has the potential to become our Lead Dance Instructor role and offers immediate teaching opportunities as we prepare for our 10-Year Anniversary Gala and upcoming season. We are looking for someone who: Loves working with children ages 3-12 Has ballet teaching experience Can teach beginning and intermediate ballet classes Is organized, dependable, and positive Enjoys working as part of a team Can assist with recital and performance preparation Has a passion for helping young dancers build confidence and technique
Immediate Opportunity:
Our current lead ballet instructor is transitioning at the end of June, creating an opportunity for the right teacher to begin training and working with students immediately.
Responsibilities:
Teach ballet classes Prepare students for performances and recitals Assist with our June 21 Anniversary Gala Communicate professionally with families and staff Help grow and strengthen our dance program

We are known for our family-friendly environment, professional performances, and commitment to student growth. Part-time position with potential for expanded hours.
