Responsibilities Design and implement dynamic Bollywood dance curricula tailored for diverse age groups Adults and Kids and different skill levels Lead engaging group classes, workshops, and private lessons that emphasize proper technique, rhythm, and expression Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, creativity, and cultural appreciation Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students Collaborate with parents, guardians, or program coordinators to track student progress and provide feedback Maintain organized lesson plans, class schedules, and performance preparations for showcases or events Requirements Proven experience in teaching Bollywood dance or similar styles such as classical Indian dance forms or contemporary dance genres Strong knowledge of choreography development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Ability to work effectively with children, teenagers, and adult learners in various educational settings Background in related fields such as theater, ballet, or early childhood education is a plus Familiarity with photography or videography for documenting performances or class activities Experience working with special education needs or early childhood development is desirable Excellent communication skills and a passion for inspiring others through dance and cultural education Join us if you're ready to bring energy, creativity, and cultural richness into every class!
