Company Description Aspen Tumbling offers a fun and engaging Tumbling, Parkour, Junior Gym, and Acro curriculum for kids! We are dedicated to providing a safe and exciting environment for children to grow not only their tumbling, but other crucial developmental skills as well. Our experienced instructors create a positive, challenging, and rewarding atmosphere that helps children build confidence and reach their full potential. Role Description These roles are a part-time on-site role at Aspen Tumbling in Payson, UT. These roles have hands on, on the job training. High levels of motivation and commitment are essential to thrive in these roles. 1) We are seeking one moderate to high level coach to begin teaching classes immediately on Monday 3:00 - 8:00pm and Tuesday 4:00 - 8:30pm. 2) We are seeking 2-3 Junior level coaches to begin training with us. Training hours are paid. They will begin teaching their own classes starting June with possible substitution hours starting earlier. Typical work schedule of 2-3 days for 2-5 hours each time weekly. We prioritize coaches who are looking for a long term commitment (1 year+) with Aspen Tumbling. Coach children with a variety of ages through our progressive curriculum. Maintain a safe learning environment. Assist with class clean up. Provide feedback on an app and directly to parents regarding their child's progress. Preferred Qualifications Tumbling, Parkour, Gymnastics, Dance, and or Cheerleading coaching experience. High communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive, and energetic learning environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well in a team. Ability to take and follow lesson plans Compensation Based on previous experience, qualifications, and other useful skills we offer competitive pay ranging from $18-$25 an hour starting.
