Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Ballet Instructor to inspire dancers of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive ballet lesson plans tailored to various age groups and skill levels, including early childhood, preschool, and adult education. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students. Provide individualized feedback and tutoring to help students improve their technique and achieve their dance goals. Incorporate elements of theater, choreography, and movement improvisation to enrich dance education. Utilize photography skills to document student progress and performances for promotional or educational purposes. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, or other educators on student development and behavior management strategies. Requirements Proven experience in ballet instruction with a strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning. Demonstrated ability to work with children, preschoolers, and adults in educational or dance settings. Knowledge of classroom management techniques suitable for diverse age groups and learning needs. Experience in tutoring students individually or in small groups to enhance their dance skills. Familiarity with childhood development principles, special education needs, and behavior management strategies. Skills in theater arts or performing arts that complement dance instruction are a plus. Ability to incorporate creative elements such as sewing costumes or staging performances when appropriate. Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool environments is highly desirable.
