No previous ballroom dance experience is required. We'll teach you everything through paid training. This is perfect for someone who wants a fun, active, social job. What you'll do: Learn to teach ballroom dance (we train you — it's easier than you think) Lead fun, high-energy classes Meet new people every day Hang out with an active, friendly team We're looking for someone who is: Physically fit- you'll be on your feet and moving Well-presented

Requirements:

Pay:
$16- 25+ per hour, based on: Experience (any customer-facing, fitness, or performance background) Productivity (class attendance, student engagement, reliability) Performance (energy, teaching quality, student feedback) Higher pay available for top performers — the more you put in, the more you earn.
