Dance Teacher

All That & Jazz! Dance Studio All That & Jazz! is seeking a highly skilled Dance Instructor to join our competitive program. This position is ideal for an educator with extensive choreography and teaching experience at the competition level, who is strong in jazz technique and contemporary-based styles , including jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. The instructor will be responsible for teaching weekly technique classes, setting competition choreography, and preparing dancers for regional and national competitions. Key Responsibilities Teach competition-level classes in: Hip Hop Jazz Technique Contemporary Jazz & Lyrical Create original, age-appropriate, high-impact choreography aligned with current competition trends Clean choreography and develop performance quality, musicality, stamina, and stage presence Prepare teams for regional and national competitions, including rehearsals, spacing, and performance readiness Provide constructive corrections and individualized feedback to dancers Maintain a positive, motivating, and disciplined classroom environment Collaborate with artistic directors and competition staff on choreography, costuming, and scheduling Attend required rehearsals, competitions, and team meetings Uphold studio policies, professionalism, and child safety standards Pay will be commensurate with experience.
