Qualifications Proficient in multiple dance styles Experience with dance competitions and recitals Strong technical skills, musicality, and choreography interpretation Engaging stage presence and ability to connect with dancers and audiences Reliable, punctual, and committed with strong work ethic Ability to work collaboratively with choreographers, directors, and fellow instructors Comfortable teaching technique, terminology, and proper dance foundations Passion for mentoring and encouraging young dancers Responsibilities Teach and lead engaging dance classes while building strong technical foundations Participate in dance conventions and trainings to demonstrate and refine performance skills Collaborate with staff to develop choreography for recitals, competitions, and performances Attend staff meetings, rehearsals, and competitions Inspire dancers to grow in confidence, discipline, and performance ability Schedule Part-Time Weekends as needed for competitions and special events Education & Experience Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dance or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of teaching experience required
