This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a founding team and contribute to a culture centered around growth, creativity, and community. Led by a founder with over 20 years of experience in dance education and youth development, this studio is built on the belief that we develop not only strong dancers—but strong, confident humans. We are assembling a team of exceptional instructors and staff who value high-quality training, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to developing both artists and people.
Styles We Are Hiring For Youth & Team Programs:
Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Heels, Contemporary, Musical Theater, Acro, Yoga, Tap/Ballet (combo), Commercial Street (Jazz Funk)
Adult Program:
Yoga, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Commercial Street (Jazz Funk) Instructor placement will be based on experience, strengths, and studio needs. Versatility across multiple styles is highly valued. Responsibilities Teach weekly classes in assigned styles Teach students of varying ages, levels, and experience Create structured and engaging lesson plans Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment Support student growth in both technique and confidence Provide constructive feedback to support student progress and confidence Choreograph routines for performances and showcases Prepare students for competitions as applicable Maintain strong classroom management and safety standards Communicate with parents and team members as needed Arrive prepared, on time, and professionally Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment Qualifications Strong dance training and teaching experience Experience working with children and youth Ability to teach one or more of the styles listed above Ability to work with multiple age groups and skill levels Strong classroom management skills Reliable, professional, and collaborative Enjoys working with children and building positive relationships with families Schedule Evening and weekend availability required based on class schedule Additional opportunities may be available for camps, workshops, and team programming Start Date Late Summer / Early Fall 2026 (with potential onboarding prior to opening) Why Join This Team Joining this studio means becoming part of a founding team that is passionate about both teaching dance and making a lasting impact on students' lives.
