This role supports teachers, students, and families while ensuring the campus runs smoothly and provides an exceptional learning experience. Key ResponsibilitiesCampus Operations Manage daily school operations and campus safety. Oversee student arrival, dismissal, and transportation. Coordinate substitutes and classroom coverage. Support school policies, procedures, and compliance. Instructional Leadership Coach and support teachers through observations and feedback. Lead professional development and instructional improvement. Support curriculum implementation and student achievement. Student & Family Engagement Build strong relationships with students and families. Support student behavior and a positive school culture. Conduct campus tours and assist with enrollment. Partner with parents to support student success. Staff Leadership Help hire, onboard, and mentor staff. Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Administrative Support Assist with scheduling, records, school events, and other leadership responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Education or a related field. Five or more years of successful teaching experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Arizona Principal Certification or eligibility. Experience coaching teachers. Experience working with neurodivergent learners, including students with autism and ADHD.
