Director of Student Support #596 at Yuba County Office of Education Print Application Deadline Until Filled Date Posted 4/17/2026 Contact Kaci Deiser (530) 749-4923 Number of Openings 1 Salary Pay Range $111,979 - $173,716 Annually Add'l Salary Info Up to $173,716 per year (2025-26) plus benefits; $610.00 per month for single health coverage, $1,221.00 for 2-party, $1,649 family, Dental $113.00, Vision $22.00 (incl. medical, dental, life, and vision) Length of Work Year 7.5 hours per day; 217 days per year Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Job Summary Under general direction and guidance of the Executive Director of Educational Services, the Director of Student Support provides leadership and oversight for alternative education programs, ensuring high-quality, standards aligned instruction and continuous improvement. Oversees student placement, support services, and transitions for at promise youth, including reentry to comprehensive schools, postsecondary pathways, or employment. Leads data driven improvement efforts and manages key programs such as CCAP, recreation services, and the Hall to Home Support Program, while collaborating with districts, county agencies, probation, colleges, families, and community partners to strengthen student outcomes. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Bachelor's degree in education or related field. Master's degree in education or related field preferred.
- Valid California Teaching Credential
- Valid California Administrative Services Credential.
- Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience in K-12 education, including experience in alternative education or student services.
