This role is ideal for a multiple subject credentialed teacher who is ready to expand their impact beyond a single classroom and support youth across TK-8 programs. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and support engaging literacy and SEL programming for TK-8 youth
  • Strengthen Power Hour (homework help + enrichment) through literacy-based strategies
  • Train and coach staff on classroom management, literacy, and youth engagement
  • Develop high-quality, age-appropriate lesson structures that are engaging, accessible, and aligned with program goals across TK-8
  • Visit sites to support program implementation and staff development
  • Partner with program teams to plan and execute showcase events that highlight youth voice, creativity, and skill development
  • Collaborate with STEM and Arts teams to integrate literacy across all programs Qualifications
  • Valid Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
  • Experience working with elementary-aged youth
  • Strong background in literacy instruction and classroom management
  • Experience supporting diverse learners and English Language Learners (ELL)
  • Ability to train, coach, and support staff
  • 3 + Years experience teaching. What We're Looking For
