Working collaboratively with school administrators, teachers, and support staff, the Assistant Director promotes high-quality teaching and learning through curriculum alignment, instructional coaching, professional development, assessment systems, and data-driven decision-making. The Assistant Director helps ensure that curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices align with California State Standards, applicable state and federal requirements, and the charter school's mission and vision.
