- $104,983.27 Annually Add'l Salary Info Annually based on 19 steps. - Friday Job Summary Job Summary The TOSA will be working under the direct supervision of the site administrator and Director of Education Services to help support and guide teachers during the ELD curriculum implementation process. Duties will vary depending on the needs of the district and site, but may include:
- Guiding and supporting teachers with overall implementation of ELD curriculum
- Student engagement
- Collaborating with Principal and help design and support the MTSS process
- Participating in Student Assistance Team (SAT) meetings as appropriate/needed to assist in coordination of intervention services for students receiving intervention services
- Coaching teachers on techniques or lessons, reflective thought processes and leveled questioning and curriculum improvement
- Uses data to identify and assess students needing Tier 3 intervention and organize intervention groups and materials.
- Provide professional development (PD) to teachers
- Monitor and collaborate with grade level teams to reflect on practices and data This position is located Taft, CA.
Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must possess a valid clear California Teaching credential.

- Previous teaching experience required.
