Job Summary:
The
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
  • ASSESSMENT
AND ACCOUNTABILITY
(7-12) provides district and building-level leadership for the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Under the direction of the Director of Assessment and Accountability, this role builds staff capacity in evidence-based Tier 1 instruction and targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions. The MTSS Supervisor partners with administrators, teachers, and student services teams to use data to improve outcomes for all learners while maintaining strict confidentiality, providing world-class customer service, answering all emails in a timely manner, and completing all Safe Schools training in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Valid Ohio Department of Education licensure. Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant instructional or leadership experience. Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:
8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE. View the attachment for any special requirements and job description.
