This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead innovative initiatives, support faculty and staff, and foster an inspiring environment for students. As an Assistant Director, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission to deliver exceptional education and cultivate a vibrant learning community. Duties Collaborate with center director to develop and implement strategic plans that align with institutional goals. Oversee curriculum development efforts to ensure academic programs meet high standards of quality care Supervise faculty and staff, helping maintain the school to quality standards Make break schedules and maintain children's file Engage with students and parents on a daily basis Skills Proven experience in curriculum development and educational program design. Exceptional strategic planning abilities with a focus on organizational growth. Knowledge of education administration practices, including compliance, accreditation processes, and student engagement. Effective classroom experience coupled with a passion for working directly with students. Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
