Description Core Responsibilities Principal Support:

Provide direct guidance to principals and school leadership teams regarding school improvement goals and instructional evaluation.

Professional Learning:

Identify needs and plan professional growth opportunities, including pre-service and in-service sessions for instructional staff.

Curriculum & Innovation:

Lead district-wide curriculum, implementation of approved programs. Data Analysis and summative assessment data to drive curriculum alignment and perform other duties as assigned.

Program Management:

Direct the formulation, writing, and implementation of Title I & II programs at the district and school level.

Budgetary Oversight:

Manage Title I & II budgets and approve purchase requests for materials and equipment.

Compliance:

Ensure all private, home school, and neglected/delinquent institutional services follow federal regulations and state guidelines.

Audit Readiness:
