Description Principal Support:

Provide direct guidance to principals and school leadership teams regarding school improvement goals and instructional evaluation.

Professional Learning:

Identify needs and plan professional growth opportunities, including pre-service and in-service sessions for instructional staff. Lead district-wide curriculum planning and support implementation of innovative, 21st-century skill-infused lessons. Coordinates the efforts to assure the successful implementation of approved programs. Support schools in disaggregating and disseminating interim and summative assessment data to drive curriculum alignment. Increase family engagement. Attend local, area, state, and national professional meetings and perform other duties as assigned. Lead annual district planning transitions from middle school to high school and post-secondary settings. Act as liaison with local business & government leaders to recruit and coordinate job placement.
