We are seeking a Director of Math & Science (K-12) to serve as the network's content authority, owning the strategy, systems, and outcomes for mathematics and science across all campuses. In this leadership role, you will: Define and uphold the instructional bar for math and science across grades K-12 Drive rapid improvement in student outcomes through data-driven decision-making Ensure consistent execution of high-quality instruction across all campuses Strengthen Tier 1 instruction by building leader capacity Align curriculum, instruction, assessment, and intervention systems Ready to lead and grow with us? Set and uphold expectations for high-quality math and science instruction across all campuses Conduct instructional walkthroughs and calibrate leaders to a common instructional bar Drive alignment across curriculum, instruction, assessment, and intervention systems Design and oversee network-wide assessment systems, including mastery checks and benchmarks Analyze cross-campus data to identify trends, gaps, and instructional priorities Lead short-cycle (4-6 week) instructional improvements and monitor impact Build school leader capacity to identify strong instruction, provide feedback, and drive teacher growth Ensure Tier 1 instruction is the primary driver of student outcomes and strengthen MTSS systems Lead professional learning focused on mathematical reasoning, scientific inquiry, and standards alignment Partner cross-functionally with operations, data, and talent teams to ensure system coherence What do we require from you? Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred NJ certification in Mathematics, Science, or related field 5-7+ years of successful teaching experience with strong student achievement results Proven experience leading adults and improving instructional outcomes Deep expertise in math and/or science instruction and standards alignment Strong experience with assessment design, data analysis, and instructional planning Ability to lead through others and drive accountability across multiple campuses Excellent judgment, organization, and communication skills Alignment with Foundation Academies' mission and core values Want to join our FAmily?
