Calendar Days:
205 Key Responsibilities Prepare data from district assessments and student work samples in advance of DDI meetings to support data analysis and planning reteach lessons. Assist school leaders with data analysis and action planning. Coach principals on data driven instruction strategies. Co-create professional development on assessment literacy with building principals. Work with school leaders to identify priorities, analyze student work and assessment data, and guide coaching cycles to improve student outcomes. Assist with developing flexible groupings of students based on data analysis during the 50-minutes (DDI). Assist school leaders with aligning scaffolds for differentiated groups of students during the 50-minutes (DDI). Assist school leaders with the planning and implementation of MTSS. Prepare data for monthly APT meetings in advance of the meeting to support the team's ability to analyze the effectiveness of identified action steps and to create new action steps to address current data. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Academic Resources. Qualifications Master's degree in education or a related field (preferred but not required) Valid teaching certification that aligns with the assigned schools' grade levels and content area to support (administrator license preferred) Minimum of 5 years successful classroom K-12 teaching experience, preferably in instructional leadership, coaching, or curricular roles. School leadership experience preferred. Demonstrate experience analyzing student assessment data and student work samples to inform instructional decisions. Experience supporting principals with data driven instruction, action planning, and instructional improvement. Working knowledge of MTSS structures, tiered supports, and intervention planning. Skilled in leading reflective conversations focused on improving student outcomes. Work Environment Spend the full day at assigned buildings Tuesday – Friday. Mondays are planning and preparation days spent at Central Office. Report to the Executive Director of Academic Resources
