- Full-time We are seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum and Training Coordinator or Director who thrives in early childhood environments and is committed to elevating teacher performance, enhancing curriculum delivery, and implementing effective behavioral strategies.
This is a classroom-centered leadership role , with approximately 80% of time spent in early learning classrooms , modeling best practices and coaching teachers. The remaining time focuses on administrative tasks, enrollment support, customer service, data analysis, and professional development planning . The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader who enjoys building community, supporting families, and leading outreach initiatives. This individual will help ensure that our school provides a high-quality learning experience for children, exceptional customer service to parents, and a supportive, collaborative environment for staff. Key Responsibilities Cultivate a strong, mission-driven childcare culture. Plan, coordinate, and host community outreach events. Conduct tours for prospective families and convert leads into enrollments. Drive the enrollment process and manage leads using a CRM system. Oversee daily operational tasks such as billing, supply ordering, and daily staff scheduling. Provide excellent customer service by addressing parent questions and resolving concerns. Rotate daily between centers to deliver hands-on coaching and classroom support. Conduct classroom observations and develop behavior intervention plans. Mentor teachers in curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and assessments. Lead professional development sessions in collaboration with the Academy Director. Track and analyze academic and behavioral data to guide instructional strategies. Ensure all centers meet licensing and accreditation standards. Support onboarding and training of new team members. Maintain required industry certifications for childcare. Complete 30 hours of annual training in adult learning, child development, and licensing requirements. Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Current CPR certification . Experience in childcare administration or center leadership. Minimum 2 years of experience in curriculum implementation .(must show proof and working references) Minimum 2 years training, coaching, or mentoring teachers . Meets state minimum standards for caregiver education and experience requirements. Qualifications Director Qualified under state regulations. Demonstrated leadership experience in early childhood education. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on outcomes. Proficient in computer systems and data tracking tools. High level of personal initiative and the ability to make assertive decisions. A strong, confident LEADER capable of guiding and inspiring staff.
