Working in partnership with the Center Director, this role supports teachers, maintains program quality, and ensures classrooms consistently deliver developmentally appropriate, brand-aligned instruction. Key Responsibilities Curriculum & Instruction Lead implementation of TLE curriculum with consistency and fidelity Support and coach teachers to deliver engaging, high-quality instruction Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback for improvement Ensure student assessments are completed accurately and on time Facilitate family conferences and maintain strong academic communication Teacher Support & Development Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to teaching staff Lead monthly staff development using TLE curriculum resources Promote strong teacher-child interactions and classroom engagement Quality & Compliance Ensure classrooms meet all curriculum, licensing, and brand standards Maintain a safe, organized, and learning-focused environment Monitor classroom practices to support student success and consistency Qualifications Experience in early childhood education and curriculum leadership Strong understanding of child development and instructional practices Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field preferred Meets state requirements for a Director/Curriculum role #TLEHP
