The Teacher is distinguished from other classes by the focus on educating students through classroom instruction as well as through specialized education and skills development programs in schools and throughout the District as Teacher Specialists.

Job Qualifications:
Arizona Elementary or Secondary Education Certification AND Drama as an approved area OR Arts Education PreK-12 Certificate with an approved area in Theatre (Dramatic Arts). SEI endorsement preferred.
Licensing/Certification Requirements:
Valid IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
Employment Information:
2026-27 school Year; 194 work days (216 day teacher calendar)
