At Drama Kids, we focus on development through drama. We are not just teaching kids theatre skills, but life skills as well. We are looking for a high-energy, quick-thinking, adaptable professional who brings strong classroom presence, a passion for youth development, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality theater experiences for children. The ideal candidate is equal parts performer, educator, and leader. Someone who can command a room, connect with students, and represent our program with professionalism and enthusiasm. What You'll Do Lead engaging, age-appropriate theater classes for elementary and middle school students using both our unique theatre curriculums and your theatre skills Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where students feel confident expressing themselves Prepare students for showcases and performances, including rehearsals, staging, and basic production coordination Manage classroom behavior with professionalism, warmth, and consistency Build strong relationships with students, parents, and school partners Collaborate with the Drama Kids team to maintain exceptional program quality and student experience What We're Looking For Strong background in theater, acting, performance, or performing arts education Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring children in group settings Excellent communication and classroom leadership skills Ability to confidently engage and motivate students of varying ages and personalities Professional presence, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, or arts-based education preferred Comfortable adapting instruction to support diverse learning styles and needs Additional experience in choreography, dance, stage production, or costume coordination is a plus Why Join Drama Kids?
