  • Redondo Beach, CA 90277 Required for all hires Full availability for your assigned session One staff training in June 1 online trainings in late May/June The Role We are hiring Singing Teachers to lead structured classes for students ages 5-15.
Teachers rotate through age groups throughout the day, leading lessons focused on vocal fundamentals, ensemble singing, and musical theatre performance. Classes include vocal technique (breath support, pitch, diction, projection) and introduce students to different genres of music. The teacher will instruct students to learn 2-4 songs for performance. All curriculum is provided. Strong teachers bring energy, structure, and clear direction to each class. What We're Looking For Experience teaching youth singing (camp, classroom, private lessons, etc.) Strong vocal background and musicality Ability to confidently lead a room and keep students engaged Strong classroom management and communication skills Responsibilities Lead engaging, age-appropriate singing classes Teach foundational vocal technique and group performance skills Maintain a structured, positive classroom environment Adapt instruction for different skill levels Support students in preparing for a final performance Requirements All applicants must be 18+ Vocal/music/theatre background (degree or equivalent experience) Experience working with children ages 5-15 Reliable transportation Full availability for program dates Willing to complete a background check
