In this role, you will teach and inspire students to develop their skills in cocktail creation, beverage presentation, and mixology techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending or mixology, excellent communication skills, and experience working with university students or in academic settings. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and informative mixology classes to students of varying skill levels Develop curriculum and instructional materials that cover cocktail recipes, techniques, and safety procedures Demonstrate proper use of bartending tools and equipment Provide personalized feedback to students to enhance their skills and confidence Maintain a safe and clean learning environment in accordance with health and safety standards Stay updated on current trends in mixology and incorporate innovative techniques into lessons Foster a positive learning atmosphere that encourages creativity and experimentation Collaborate with team members to organize special events or themed classes Requirements Proven experience in bartending or professional mixology, with a strong portfolio of cocktail creations Prior experience teaching or instructing others, preferably within a university or educational setting Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds Knowledge of safety procedures related to alcohol service and handling equipment University experience is considered a valuable asset for this role Must be organized, reliable, and passionate about sharing expertise in mixology This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy teaching, have a flair for creative beverage crafting, and want to inspire others through the art of mixology.
