Job Description

Webster University in St. Louis is currently seeking an adjunct instructor for the Film, Television, and Video Production Program in the Media Arts Department to teach beginning to intermediate-level film production courses. Applicants must possess a BA degree and/or a minimum of five years of professional experience in the relevant industry. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in any or all of the following: Film and TV Producing, Directing, Cinematography, Editing, Production Design, or Grip and Electric. Additional teaching experience and a master's degree will be significant advantages. Note that this announcement aims to solicit applications in order to identify a pool of adjunct faculty who are qualified to teach undergraduate and/or graduate coursework in various modalities. Teaching assignments vary based on departmental needs. Applicants must possess a BA degree and/or a minimum of five years of professional experience in the relevant industry of Film, Television and Video Production. Additional teaching experience and a master's degree will be significant advantages.
