DESCRIPTION:

Seeking highly qualified candidates for a full-time, tenure-track position in secondary Visual Arts. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge of the principles and elements of art, a variety of traditional and digital media, and the ability to create engaging lessons that are developmentally appropriate for adolescent learners. Candidates must demonstrate a strong instructional and assessment repertoire, skills at incorporating technology, and an enthusiasm for working with diverse populations of students.

SALARY:

Highly competitive, based on experience and graduate credits, per the Rush-Henrietta Central School District Teachers' Contract

QUALIFICATIONS

New York State Certification in K-12 Art (Visual Arts) is required.

EFFECTIVE

September 1, 2026 Attendance at New Teacher Orientation on August 25-27 is required.
