Drama Location Pittsburgh, PA Open Date Mar 23, 2026 Deadline Apr 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time Description Carnegie Mellon University, School of Drama invites applications for a full-time, two-semester Special Visiting Faculty in the area of Lighting Design. Responsibilities include teaching within the BFA Conservatory and MFA programs in Lighting Design and advising students in production. Courses may include content ranging from applying basic design skills in lighting to high-level application of lighting skills in specialized areas. The start date is in August 2026 with an end date in May 2027. Qualifications Candidate should hold an MFA or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 1-2 years previous teaching experience is desired.
