Monticello High School Qualifications Experience in drama, theater, and/or acting preferred. Ability to communicate with students, parents and patrons. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to) A Drama Coach should inspire creativity and self-expression in students through the art of theater, while fostering confidence and teamwork . Be able to coach acting techniques, script analysis, and stagecraft; direct school productions; foster a positive and collaborative learning environment. The Drama Coach will oversee production management, auditioning and selection for school productions, and technical theatre management. Salary Placed on Activity Salary Schedule, Fine Arts Advisor Hours Drama is an after or before school hours program with one to two play productions each school year.
