Job Description

Massanutten Resort Job Summary The Massanutten Fitness and Rec club has expanded our pickleball offerings to include private and semi-private lessons, weekly clinics and seasonal Pickleball 3-day intensive camps. As the head instructor, you are responsible for building a program that caters to all levels of pickleball players and effectively improves their level of play. This position requires excellent communication and the ability to lead and instruct a wide range of ages and abilities. It requires providing instruction during lessons and clinics that include different aspects of the sport to improve participant's skills. Required 2 to 3 years of Pickleball playing experience Preferred Previous Pickleball instruction experience, and accreditation by PPR or USPTA pickleball certification

Varies Core Responsibilities Provide quality pickleball instruction in a safe and educational manner Create and develop pickleball clinics Work with a variety of age groups at one time Provide quality private pickleball instruction Schedule and arrange private pickleball clinics with guests Communicate with management any concerns, needs or issues Work with other Pickleball Instructors to provide a cohesive instructional program Other duties as assigned by management For more information, contact Mary Turner at 540.417.2235.
