Job Description

Teacher - Driver and Traffic Safety Education Meet and instruct assigned classes, plan a program of study that meets the students' needs and interests, and create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate. See the Job Attachment for a complete description.

Qualifications:
Valid AL Department of Education Teacher's Certificate, BS Degree or higher, endorsed in Driver and Traffic Safety Education grades 6-12, must meet the ESSA (NCLB) Highly Qualified Criteria if applicable, or such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may find appropriate and acceptable. Resume Valid Alabama teaching certificate or letter of completion from the university stating the application for certification has been submitted to the State Department of Education Official transcript from the university with degree posted.
