Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a classroom environment effectively. The Driving Instructor will play a crucial role in shaping the driving skills of future drivers, ensuring they are well-prepared for their driving tests and responsible behind the wheel. Duties Educate students on the rules of the road, safe driving techniques, and vehicle maintenance. Conduct both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training sessions. Develop lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities. Communicate effectively with students to assess their understanding and progress. Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment. Evaluate student performance during driving sessions and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments. Stay updated on changes in traffic laws and best practices in driver education. Requirements Proven experience in adult education or teaching, particularly in a driving or safety context. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain an engaging learning atmosphere. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills to foster a supportive learning environment.
