Develop lesson plans emphasizing proper technique, strength, flexibility, and safety. Spot athletes effectively during skills and routines to ensure safe learning. Choreograph and prepare routines for showcases, competitions, or team performances. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth. Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating training environment. Maintain equipment and studio safety standards at all times. Collaborate with coaching staff to enhance program quality
