We are also seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to educating students on safe driving practices. This role behind-the-wheel training, ensuring that students are well-prepared to obtain their driver's licenses. The Driving Instructor will play a crucial role in shaping the driving skills and confidence of new drivers. Experience Required a Year Teaching Students. Duties Create Your Own Schedule. Conduct sessions to educate students on traffic laws, safe driving techniques, and vehicle operation. Provide hands-on driving instruction in various conditions to enhance students' practical skills. Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding of material. Manage behavior effectively, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Communicate clearly with students, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their training. Stay updated on state regulations and best practices in driver education. Requirements 1-year experience or more with driving instructor requiered. Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in adult education and teenager. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner. management experience to maintain discipline and engagement during driving lessons. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, criminal record, pass a drug test and high school diploma. Ability to drive safely under various conditions while instructing students.
