In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of vehicles, including buses and paratransit vehicles, to transport passengers such as children, seniors, or individuals with special needs. Your primary goal is to ensure timely, reliable, and courteous transportation services while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where excellent communication skills and a passion for service make a real difference in people's lives. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicle Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to verify mechanical soundness and report any issues promptly Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) minimum 2 years can make expception for the right candidate Proven experience in bus driving, school bus driving, or paratransit services Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities Demonstrated ability to handle behavior management situations professionally and effectively Route CA-TX (Midwest) you are paid by mile based on experience.
