Certified Driving Instructor

American Driving Academy is seeking BOST-certified drive testers to join Colorado's best-reviewed, highest-paying, and fastest-growing drive-testing team .

Compensation English-speaking testers:

Base pay starting at $26/hour , plus per-test bonuses, walk-in bonuses, and profit sharing → Typical earnings: $30-$31/hour Bilingual testers (English & Spanish): Additional language bonuses → Typical earnings: $37-$40/hour Testers fluent in additional languages are encouraged to apply Flexibility Choose your own days and hours Work as little as ~8 hours per week for supplemental income or build a full-time career with frequent overtime opportunities Growth Opportunities Expand into behind-the-wheel instruction, classroom teaching, and other roles within the company Locations 13 locations across Colorado, including Denver, Aurora, and Westminster offices If you are already BOST-certified and looking for top pay, flexibility, and long-term growth, we would love to hear from you.
