Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive driving instruction to students of all ages. Your role will involve teaching driving lessons. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and possess excellent communication and in-vehicle management skills.

Duties:

• Provide practical driving lessons to students, teaching them how to operate a vehicle safely and confidently
• Educate students on defensive driving techniques and hazard perception
• Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and skill levels of each student
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Administer written and practical exams to evaluate student knowledge and skills
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
• Maintain assigned vehicle and report issues to the office

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience working with students in an educational or training setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively educate and instruct students on safe driving practices
• Patient, friendly, and approachable demeanor
