Recruter Arlington Heights, IL 60005 $50,481.79 - $60,795.28 a year - Full-time $50,481.79 - $60,795.28 a year - Full-time We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in recruiting CDL drivers and know how to manage the hiring process from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Recruit qualified CDL drivers. Create, post, and manage job advertisements on recruiting platforms and social media. Source and screen qualified candidates. Conduct phone interviews and pre-qualify applicants. Process applications and maintain accurate recruiting records. Coordinate with the safety and operations departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process to maximize conversions. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of truck driver recruiting experience. Experience using Tenstreet and other driver recruiting platforms. Knowledge of processing MVRs (Motor Vehicle Records), PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) reports, and DAC (Drive-A-Check) employment history reports. Familiarity with FMCSA driver qualification requirements and DOT hiring standards. Experience posting jobs on Indeed, Facebook, CDL job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
