Job Description Nova Driving School is looking for passionate, safety‑focused Driving Instructors to join our team at our Harper Avenue location in Chicago. As part of the city's #1 driving school, you'll help teens and adults become confident, responsible drivers through patient, high‑quality instruction. Key Responsibilities Teach students safe and lawful driving techniques, including Illinois traffic laws and defensive driving strategies. Adapt your teaching style to meet diverse learning needs and comfort levels. Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback after each lesson. Stay up‑to‑date on current traffic regulations and best practices in driver education. Create a positive, supportive, and focused learning environment that builds student confidence. Requirements 1.
