Duties Conduct comprehensive behind-the-wheel driving lessons for students of varying skill levels, focusing on safe driving practices and traffic laws Assess each student's driving abilities and tailor instruction to meet their specific needs and learning pace Demonstrate proper vehicle handling, maneuvering techniques, and defensive driving strategies during practical sessions Provide clear, constructive feedback to students to reinforce good habits and correct unsafe behaviors Maintain detailed records of each lesson, including progress notes and areas for improvement Ensure all lessons are conducted in accordance with local traffic regulations and safety standards Foster a positive learning environment by engaging students with enthusiasm, patience, and effective communication skills Experience Proven experience in driving, with a clean driving record and familiarity with traffic laws and safety regulations Prior teaching or classroom management experience is highly desirable, especially in adult education or learner driver instruction Strong communication skills to clearly convey instructions and build rapport with diverse learners Experience working with students or in educational settings to facilitate effective learning experiences Ability to remain patient, adaptable, and motivational while guiding students through the learning process Knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed Join us in shaping confident drivers of tomorrow!
