Duties Conduct structured driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, focusing on safety, traffic laws, and practical skills Assess students' driving abilities through observation and provide constructive feedback to improve performance Prepare students for licensing exams by teaching test routes, maneuvers, and test-taking strategies Maintain accurate records of lessons completed, student progress, and assessment outcomes Ensure all lessons are conducted in compliance with local traffic regulations and safety standards Communicate clearly with students to build confidence, address questions, and foster a positive learning atmosphere Manage scheduling of lessons efficiently to maximize student progress and satisfaction Experience Proven experience in driving, with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety protocols Prior teaching or classroom management experience is highly desirable, especially in adult education or training environments Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels Excellent communication skills to clearly explain concepts, give instructions, and provide feedback Familiarity with classroom experience or training environments that involve working with learners in a supportive manner Ability to remain patient, energetic, and motivational throughout instruction sessions Join us in shaping confident drivers while enjoying a fulfilling career that emphasizes safety, education, and personal growth.
