Overview Join our dynamic team as a Driving Instructor and inspire the next generation of confident, responsible drivers! In this role, you will deliver engaging, comprehensive driving lessons to students of all ages, ensuring they develop essential skills for safe and efficient driving. Your expertise will help shape responsible road users while fostering a positive learning environment that motivates and empowers learners. Responsibilities Conduct practical driving lessons with students, guiding them through various driving scenarios and skill levels Assess each student's progress and tailor instruction to meet individual learning needs Explain traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle controls clearly and effectively Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging classroom environment during both on-road and theoretical sessions Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and document progress accurately Prepare students for their driving tests by reviewing skills and ensuring readiness Stay updated on local traffic regulations and best teaching practices to enhance instructional quality Requirements Valid driving license with a clean driving record and extensive driving experience High School Diploma or GED Able to pass a background check 21 years or older 5+ years as a licensed driver Proven ability to teach others effectively with excellent communication skills Experience managing classroom environments or working with adult learners preferred Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and vehicle operation Demonstrated ability to motivate students, foster confidence, and manage diverse learner needs Excellent organizational skills to track student progress and maintain accurate records Passion for teaching, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward learner development Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise drives success!
